At Safari Studios, we believe that strong systems start with strong people. As our new Training Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding new employees through their onboarding and training journey.

You are the first go-to person after contract signing and take full ownership of their development – from orientation to integration into the daily workflow. You support, evaluate, and help new hires grow into confident team members ready to perform.

Your Responsibilities:

Full ownership of the onboarding journey for new hires
Monitoring training progress and performance of all new employees
Reviewing and evaluating training tasks and assignments
Offering guidance and support through Slack, meetings, and check-ins
Ensuring all relevant knowledge, tools, and SOPs are understood and applied
Overseeing the transition from training phase into the regular team structure
Reporting regularly on trainee status, strengths, and potential red flags
Coordinating with HR, Team Leads, and CEOs for onboarding alignment
Helping shape the internal training curriculum over time
