We’re looking for a dedicated Legal Advisor (f/m/d) to join our international team at Safari Studios. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing legal support, reviewing contracts, assisting with compliance across international jurisdictions (Germany, UAE, USA), and ensuring our agency operates securely and in accordance with all legal standards.

You will be closely working with management to support internal decision-making and help structure partnerships, employment agreements, and business activities with legal precision. This is a full-time remote role with flexible working hours and direct impact on the growth of an international company operating in the influencer, content creation & digital marketing space.

Your Tasks:

‍

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (NDAs, employment, service & licensing agreements)
Ensuring international compliance (e.g., GDPR, UAE Freezone & Mainland regulations, U.S. basic regulations)
Advising the company on commercial, labor, data protection, and IP law
Reviewing legal risks and preparing internal compliance frameworks
Supporting company structuring and contract models for new creator partnerships
Legal research on international regulations
Working directly with the founder and senior management
