Human Ressource Assistant

We're looking for a Human Resource Assistant (f/m/d) to support our growing team at Safari Studios. This role is essential in managing the first steps of our hiring process. You will be responsible for screening applications, conducting first-round interviews, and scheduling follow-up conversations with the CEOs for final approval.

You will also actively contribute to our talent acquisition efforts by creating new job postings and publishing them on relevant forums and platforms. Your goal: keep our pipeline filled with qualified and motivated applicants – and make sure everyone receives a timely, respectful response.

Your Tasks

  • Screening incoming job applications and replying to candidates
  • Conducting first-round interviews with applicants
  • Coordinating and scheduling second-round interviews with the CEOs
  • Creating job postings and publishing them on online job boards & forums
  • Making sure every applicant receives a reply, even if it’s a rejection
  • Keeping an overview of current applications, open positions, and active channels
  • Documenting communication & activities clearly
  • Reporting on recruiting KPIs to the leadership team
